Supply voltage and frequency stability simplify rail planning
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an intermediate regulator — a single LDO can feed the oscillator and the downstream logic. Frequency stability of ±25 ppm across temperature and supply variation keeps the clock edges within tight timing budgets for 100 MHz+ serial interfaces and high-speed ADCs.
