Four-output MEMS oscillator consolidates the clock tree
The DSC400-1111Q0084KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that puts four independent LVCMOS clock outputs into a single 20-VFQFN package — 33.33333 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, and 100 MHz. That replaces four discrete oscillators and the associated PCB real estate. The ±25 ppm frequency stability covers the typical Ethernet and serial-link jitter budget without external termination tweaks.
Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, this oscillator works across 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without a separate level translator. The 0.035" (0.90 mm) height and 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint match the standard 5x3.2 mm oscillator land pattern — a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs in the same form factor.
Microchip lists the DSC400-1111Q0084KI2 as Active.
