Four clocks from one MEMS resonator
The DSC400-1111Q0081KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single die: 27 MHz, 50 MHz, 25 MHz, and 12 MHz. Wide supply range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V means this oscillator can run from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a secondary regulator. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range — enough margin for 10/100 Ethernet, USB 2.0, and general-purpose processor clocking.
Design-in note: 20-VFQFN layout
Packaged in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height). Enable/Disable function on pin allows ganging the oscillator output with a system reset or power-good signal without an external AND gate.
