Quad-output MEMS oscillator in a single 20-VFQFN
The DSC400-1111Q0081KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from one 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm package — 27 MHz, 50 MHz, 25 MHz, and 12 MHz — replacing up to four discrete crystal oscillators on the board.
Supply range and enable/disable control
Operates from a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail — compatible with 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic domains without an external regulator.
Height is 0.90 mm (0.035"), which fits standard 1.0 mm board stack-ups and mezzanine card clearance envelopes.
