Quad 25/50 MHz MEMS XO in a 5×3.2 mm QFN
The DSC400-1111Q0043KI2 is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) delivering four LVCMOS clock outputs — each output can be set to 25 MHz or 50 MHz, giving you a single-device clock source for a multi-rail FPGA or SoC reference tree. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO, and the ±25 ppm total frequency stability covers most 100BASE-TX and USB clocking budgets without stepping up to a TCXO. The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) needs a thermal via array under the paddle for the MEMS die's heat path — layout the ground plane cutout per the datasheet land pattern to keep the pad solderable.
