Product details

Four 50 MHz clocks from one MEMS resonator

The DSC400-1111Q0034KE1T: This DSC400 delivers four identical 50 MHz LVCMOS outputs from a single MEMS resonator — one oscillator replaces four cans on the board, saving layout area and reducing BOM line count.

Supply range and enable/disable control

Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator.

Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height). The thermal pad needs a ground-plane via pattern for heat sinking — treat it like a small QFN, not a can oscillator.

Fits indoor equipment, office networking, consumer electronics, and test gear. Not rated for industrial or outdoor environments where -40°C or +85°C is required.

Design-in safe.

Frequently asked questions

Does DSC400-1111Q0034KE1T have an enable/disable function?

Yes — the enable/disable pin allows you to gate all four outputs into tri-state, useful for power sequencing or test modes without removing power from the oscillator.
