Six frequencies in one 5.0×3.2 mm MEMS oscillator
The DSC400-1111Q0019KI2T packs six independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single MEMS resonator: 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz, 100 MHz, and 156.25 MHz. That replaces up to six discrete XOs on the board, saving real estate and BOM line count.

Supply voltage tolerance and temperature grade
Runs from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it sits on a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a separate regulator. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) needs a thermal pad on the PCB for heat sinking. The exposed paddle also ties to the ground plane, which helps with EMI containment on the output traces.
