Four 100 MHz clocks from a MEMS resonator
The DSC400-1111Q0001KE2 delivers four identical 100 MHz LVCMOS outputs from a single MEMS resonator — a single-chip timing source that replaces four discrete oscillators on the BOM.
Supply range is 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part works on 2.5 V or 3.3 V rails without a separate regulator — one BOM line covers both voltage domains.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with an exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint, 0.90 mm height), the thermal pad needs a via pattern under the package to conduct heat to the ground plane — standard for QFN-style parts in this class.
