Six-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation
The output bank comprises 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz, 100 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — a frequency set that covers common Ethernet, PCIe, and processor reference clock domains. For a BOM that currently sources six separate single-output XOs, this one device replaces them with a single tape-and-reel line item.
The supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an intermediate regulator.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, the package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed thermal pad requires a via-in-pad pattern on the PCB for proper solder wetting and thermal relief; the datasheet's recommended land pattern should be followed to avoid tombstoning during reflow.
No pin-compatible second source is documented, but the DSC400 series includes other frequency-configurable order codes that share the same package and supply range.
