Six-output MEMS clock source for multi-rail boards
The DSC400-1111Q0001KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs six independent LVCMOS frequencies from a single 20-VFQFN package: 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz, 100 MHz, and 156.25 MHz. That replaces up to six discrete oscillators on a mixed-frequency board — a single BOM line for the entire clock tree. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs directly off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO. The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate the outputs during low-power sleep states.
Frequency stability and temperature range
Rated ±50 ppm frequency stability over -20°C to +70°C — within tolerance for most Ethernet, FPGA, and processor reference clocks. The MEMS resonator is less sensitive to vibration and aging than a quartz crystal, so the long-term drift stays tighter over the product life.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height.
