Active production — quad 100 MHz HCSL clock source
The DSC400-0444Q0009KI2T is an active-production MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four 100 MHz HCSL outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package. It is a standard XO with enable/disable function, covering the 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds across the full -40 to 85°C industrial temperature range, which suits outdoor telecom, factory automation, and engine-bay applications where a quartz crystal would drift more under thermal cycling.
Four HCSL lanes from a MEMS resonator
All four outputs are 100 MHz HCSL (High-Speed Current Steering Logic) — the same signalling used for PCIe reference clocks.
Rated -40 to 85°C ambient, the DSC400-0444Q0009KI2T is qualified for environments where the board sees seasonal outdoor extremes or internal heat from adjacent power stages. The 20-VFQFN package with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the pad to draw heat into the ground plane — the pad is the primary thermal path, not the moulded body.
Microchip lists the DSC400-0444Q0009KI2T as Active.
