MEMS oscillator with three 100 MHz HCSL lanes
HCSL (High-Speed Current Steering Logic) swings 700–800 mV differential and requires no external termination resistors when driving a 50-Ω line to ground — the output current is internally set, so the PCB trace impedance alone sets the swing.
Supply flexibility and enable/disable control
Runs from 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate LDO — the wide range absorbs rail ripple as long as the input stays above the minimum dropout of the internal regulator.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00mm x 3.20mm, 0.90mm height).
