MEMS quad-output oscillator for clock trees
The DSC400-0444Q0009KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four 100 MHz HCSL outputs from a single 5.00mm x 3.20mm package — a direct replacement for multiple quartz oscillators on a clock tree, saving board area and reducing BOM count. The HCSL (High-Speed Current Steering Logic) output is common in PCIe and Ethernet reference clock applications; it drives 50-ohm terminated lines without external pull-up resistors. A 2.25V to 3.6V supply range means the oscillator runs on 2.5V or 3.3V rails without a separate regulator — one less part to source and place.
