Runs from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail — covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic without a separate regulator — and holds ±50 ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range.

Housed in a 20-VFQFN with an exposed pad, 5.00mm x 3.20mm body, 0.90mm height — the exposed pad must be soldered to a ground plane for thermal and electrical contact; the datasheet recommends a via array under the pad.
