Dual-frequency MEMS XO — two clocks from one package
The DSC400-0401Q0103KE1: This is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates two independent output frequencies from a single silicon resonator: 12.288 MHz on output 1 and 100 MHz on output 2.
Output logic: HCSL and LVCMOS on the same device
The DSC400-0401Q0103KE1 supports both HCSL and LVCMOS output logic levels, letting one oscillator serve a PCIe reference clock (HCSL) and a general-purpose logic clock (LVCMOS) without a second timing component. The supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails, and the enable/disable function allows the outputs to be tri-stated for power sequencing or test modes.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the package provides a low-inductance ground path through the centre pad — important for signal integrity at 100 MHz HCSL edge rates.
