Four 25 MHz LVDS outputs from a single MEMS die
The DSC400-0333Q0040KI2 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent LVDS outputs, each at 25 MHz, from a single 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm QFN package — replacing four separate oscillators on the board and cutting the component count by three.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets this oscillator run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a separate LDO — one less part to qualify and one less decoupling capacitor pair on the layout.
Rated for -40°C to +85°C, the DSC400-0333Q0040KI2 suits outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor controllers, and engine-bay electronics where a commercial 0°C to +70°C oscillator would risk frequency drift outside the ±25 ppm window.
