Dual 80 MHz LVDS clock source for industrial timing
The DSC400-0303Q0092KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two 80 MHz LVDS outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds the clock edge jitter tight enough for 100BASE-TX Ethernet PHYs and FPGA reference clock trees without an external PLL cleanup.
Supply voltage flexibility and enable control
Runs from 2.25V to 3.6V, so it can share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a dedicated LDO. The enable/disable pin lets the system gate the outputs for power sequencing or test modes.
Industrial temperature grade and package rework
Rated for -40°C to 85°C, this oscillator fits outdoor telecom cabinets, motor drives, and factory-floor controllers. The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad measures 5.00mm x 3.20mm and stands 0.90mm tall. The exposed pad needs a thermal via array under the package to pull heat into the ground plane; without it the junction temp rises above the derating curve during reflow.
