MEMS XO with dual LVDS outputs
The DSC400-0303Q0092KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two LVDS clock outputs at 80 MHz each. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range, which keeps the clock edge within the PLL pull-in range for most SERDES and Ethernet PHY references. The supply voltage accepts 2.25V to 3.6V, so it can run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height.
