Dual LVDS clock at video-standard frequencies
The DSC400-0303Q0086KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 family, delivering two LVDS outputs at 148.5 MHz and 148.35 MHz. These frequencies are the standard pixel and audio clock rates for 1080p video — a single oscillator supplies both domains, eliminating a second crystal or PLL on the board.
Supply voltage and board integration
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail spans both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic — the oscillator runs from whichever rail is already on the board, no extra regulator. The 20-VFQFN exposed pad package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm height; the exposed pad needs a thermal via array under the package to pull heat into the ground plane, especially in still-air enclosures.
It is a current-production MEMS oscillator suitable for new designs.
