Dual 100 MHz MEMS XO – board-fit note
The DSC400-0244Q0009KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two identical 100 MHz outputs in a single 20-VFQFN exposed pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm. Outputs are configurable as HCSL or LVPECL, covering the common clock standards for PCIe, Ethernet, and FPGA reference inputs without external level translation.
Supply range spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part runs on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no need for a separate LDO or regulator for the oscillator.
The 0.90 mm height fits standard board-to-board spacing constraints.
