Dual 100 MHz outputs from a MEMS resonator
Rated ±50 ppm frequency stability over the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range — sufficient for most PCIe Gen 3/4 reference clocks and 100G Ethernet MACs without external VCXO trimming. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails commonly found on FPGA and SoC clock trees.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the same footprint as many quartz oscillators — the Enable/Disable function on pin 1 lets the board hold the oscillator in reset during power sequencing without an external load switch.
