Dual LVPECL outputs at 153.6 MHz and 176.875 MHz
The DSC400-0202Q0109KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two LVPECL clock outputs at 153.6 MHz and 176.875 MHz from a single 20-VFQFN package with an exposed thermal pad.
The 2.25V–3.6V supply range lets this oscillator run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO — the Enable/Disable pin also allows the downstream clock tree to be gated for power savings.
The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the centre pad for heat sinking — the pad is electrically connected to ground and should be soldered to a copper plane for rated jitter performance.
