MEMS oscillator with dual LVPECL outputs
The DSC400-0202Q0109KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two LVPECL output frequencies: 153.6 MHz and 176.875 MHz.
Operating from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, this oscillator can be powered directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail—no intermediate LDO needed, which simplifies the power tree and saves board area.
