Dual LVPECL clock at 153.6 MHz and 155.46875 MHz
The DSC400-0202Q0106KI1 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers two LVPECL output frequencies: 153.6 MHz on output 1 and 155.46875 MHz on output 2, both held to ±50 ppm stability across the full industrial temperature range. That pair of frequencies is a common combination for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel reference clocks — the 153.6 MHz drives the SerDes PLL and the 155.46875 MHz feeds the line-side PHY, all from a single 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm package.
Supply flexibility and enable/disable control
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range means this oscillator can run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO — the internal regulator handles the headroom.
