Dual-output MEMS XO for precision clock trees
The DSC400-0202Q0106KE2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip, delivering two LVPECL output frequencies—153.6 MHz and 155.46875 MHz—from a single 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package.
Supply voltage tolerance and enable/disable
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets the oscillator run directly off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO—useful when the board already carries both voltages and you want to avoid the dropout headroom penalty.
