Quad-output MEMS XO – consolidates three clock rails in one 5×3.2 mm package
The DSC400-0111Q0117KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package measuring 0.197" × 0.126" (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm). It replaces three discrete oscillators with one device, freeing board area and reducing BOM line count on multi-rail designs. Output frequencies are factory-programmed to 16.64 MHz, 33 MHz, and 25 MHz – a common combination for a processor core clock, a USB or peripheral bus, and a memory interface reference.
For a 33 MHz output, that translates to a worst-case drift of ±825 Hz – well within the capture range of most PLL-based clock receivers and Ethernet PHY reference inputs. For a calibration tech signing off a production run, this means the clock accuracy stays within tolerance from first power-on through the end of the warranty period.
Active production – no last-time-buy pressure
Lifecycle status is Active per Microchip's current product portfolio. The wide supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V lets it drop into 2.5 V or 3.3 V clock trees without a separate level translator.
