Three clocks from one MEMS die
The DSC400-0111Q0117KE2 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers three fixed LVCMOS output frequencies — 16.64 MHz, 33 MHz, and 25 MHz — from a single 20-VFQFN package. That means one oscillator replaces what would otherwise take two or three quartz cans plus a clock buffer on a mixed-speed bus like an FPGA with separate Ethernet and USB domains.
The wide supply range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V lets it run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO — one less component in the power tree.
This is a current catalog part, safe to design into a new BOM or to replenish an existing line without worrying about a sudden EOL notice.
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) needs a thermal via array under the paddle for best heat transfer — the datasheet's recommended footprint shows a 3×3 via grid.
