Four clocks, one MEMS resonator
The DSC400-0111Q0117KE1T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers three independent LVCMOS output frequencies—16.64 MHz, 33 MHz, and 25 MHz—from a single 20-VFQFN package. That replaces three discrete crystal oscillators on the BOM, saving board area and reducing procurement line items.
Timing budget and temperature grade
For a 100 MHz Ethernet MAC reference, that stability keeps the link within the ±100 ppm total tolerance budget with margin for the PHY's own ppm contribution. The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator—one less component on the power tree.
5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height—the 20-VFQFN exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the paddle for heat sinking.
The DSC400 series is the current product family; no successor has been announced.
