MEMS XO with four independent clock outputs
Output frequencies are 12.288 MHz, 14.7456 MHz, and 11.2896 MHz — these are common rates for audio codecs, Ethernet PHYs, and serial transceivers, so the part fits directly into mixed-signal clock trees without external dividers. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without a separate regulator.
Frequency stability is rated at ±25 ppm over the full -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range — tight enough for a 100BASE-TX Ethernet reference clock, where the total jitter budget typically allows ±50 ppm including the PHY's own drift.
Product status is Active — no last-time-buy, no NRND flag. Package dimensions are 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm height — the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad requires a thermal via array under the pad for proper heat dissipation, especially when all four outputs are driving long traces.
