Quad-frequency MEMS oscillator for BOM consolidation
The DSC400-0111Q0116KI2 integrates four independent LVCMOS clock outputs — 12.288 MHz, 14.7456 MHz, and 11.2896 MHz — from a single MEMS resonator, replacing up to three discrete oscillators on the board.
Supply voltage and output control
A wide 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets the oscillator run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an external LDO, simplifying the power tree. The Enable/Disable pin gates all outputs simultaneously — pulling it low puts the outputs into high-impedance state, useful for power-sequencing or test modes.
Package and footprint planning
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the package requires a thermal via array under the pad for heat sinking and a fan-out pattern on a two-layer board.
