Three clocks from one MEMS resonator
The DSC400-0111Q0116KE2T is a MEMS-based XO that outputs three independent LVCMOS frequencies: 12.288 MHz, 14.7456 MHz, and 11.2896 MHz – all derived from a single silicon resonator. That saves a crystal or two on the BOM when a design needs separate clocks for Ethernet PHY, audio codec, and a serial interface.
Stability and supply range for mixed-signal rails
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm over the -20°C to 70°C commercial range – tight enough for a 10/100 Ethernet PHY clock without a separate VCXO. The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply span lets it run off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO.
Product status is Active per Microchip. The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via pattern under the paddle for proper heat transfer.
