Four fixed LVCMOS clocks from a MEMS resonator
The DSC400-0111Q0116KE2 is a MEMS-based XO that outputs four independent LVCMOS clock signals at 12.288 MHz, 14.7456 MHz, and 11.2896 MHz — frequencies commonly used in Ethernet PHY (12.288 MHz for T1/, 14.7456 MHz for fast Ethernet) and audio codec (11.2896 MHz for 48 kHz sample rates) applications.
Supply range and frequency stability for BOM fit
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — one less component on the BOM.
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.0 mm x 3.2 mm body, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal pad on the PCB — the centre pad must be soldered to a ground plane for both thermal relief and mechanical stability.
