Product details

Quad-output timing from a single MEMS die

The DSC400-0111Q0116KE1 delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single MEMS resonator — 12.288 MHz, 14.7456 MHz, and 11.2896 MHz are on the first three outputs, with the fourth frequency determined by the factory configuration. This replaces three separate oscillators on the board, saving footprint and BOM line count.

Supply rail flexibility and enable control

Supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V — the same part runs off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a separate LDO. That saves a regulator slot and the associated PCB area. No external load-switch needed.

Housed in a 20-lead VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height. Not rated for outdoor or under-hood deployment.

Frequently asked questions
