Four-frequency MEMS XO in a 5×3.2 mm QFN
The DSC400-0111Q0087KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) that outputs four fixed LVCMOS clock frequencies: 25 MHz, 24 MHz, and 33.333333 MHz on the listed outputs. It replaces the need for multiple discrete crystal oscillators on a board, saving footprint and BOM line count. Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height, it fits tight PCB layouts where a single clock IC serves several peripherals.
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part can run from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a separate LDO — one less component on the BOM.
Active production, no end-of-life notice
The Enable/Disable function on the package lets a firmware GPIO gate the outputs — useful for power-saving sleep modes in battery-operated equipment.
