Dual-frequency MEMS oscillator for precision timing
The DSC400-0103Q0102KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two fixed output frequencies: 148.5 MHz on output 1 and 14.7456 MHz on output 2, selectable via LVCMOS or LVDS logic levels.
Supply range, stability, and temperature grade
Operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail, covering common 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains without an external regulator.
Package, footprint, and enable/disable function
Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed thermal pad requires a via-in-pad pattern for solder voiding and thermal conduction — standard for QFN-style oscillators. An Enable/Disable pin allows the outputs to be tri-stated, useful for power sequencing or sharing a clock line without a dedicated mux.
