Product details

Dual-frequency MEMS XO for video/audio timing

The DSC400-0103Q0102KE1 is a MEMS-based XO delivering two fixed output frequencies: 148.5 MHz on output 1 and 14.7456 MHz on output 2. The 148.5 MHz rate is the standard pixel clock for 1080p video at 60 Hz; the 14.7456 MHz output aligns with common audio sample-rate clock dividers. Both outputs are available as LVCMOS or LVDS, selectable per output, which lets a single oscillator feed both the video serializer and the audio codec without a separate PLL. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external LDO.

20-VFQFN footprint and thermal pad

The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height.
