Dual-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation
The DSC400-0101Q0115KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates two independent LVCMOS clock outputs: 12 MHz on Output 1 and 3.072 MHz on Output 2. This lets a single oscillator replace two discrete crystal oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM count in systems that need a main MCU clock and a separate serial or peripheral clock.
Supply voltage and package fit on the board
Supply voltage range is 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails commonly found in industrial and embedded designs. The wide input tolerance means a single oscillator can be used across different voltage domains without a separate regulator. The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm height.
