Dual-frequency MEMS XO for industrial timing
The DSC400-0101Q0115KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that replaces two discrete quartz oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN package, outputting 12 MHz on one channel and 3.072 MHz on the other. The LVCMOS outputs swing rail-to-rail across the 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range, so the same part works on a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a level translator.
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the paddle for proper heat transfer — the MEMS die draws little current, but the pad still needs a solid ground connection.
