Dual-frequency MEMS XO for multi-rail timing
The DSC400-0101Q0114KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs two independent LVCMOS clock signals: 12 MHz on output 1 and 12.888 MHz on output 2.
Supply flexibility and timing accuracy
Operating from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, this oscillator runs directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO — a clean fit for mixed-voltage designs.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00mm x 3.20mm, 0.90mm height), the pad must be soldered to a ground-plane island on the PCB for thermal and electrical contact — a standard QFN footprint with a central via array under the pad ensures proper heat sinking.
