MEMS oscillator with two independent LVCMOS clock outputs
The DSC400-0101Q0114KI1T is a MEMS-based XO that generates two independent LVCMOS clock outputs: 12 MHz on Output 1 and 12.288 MHz on Output 2. That second frequency is common in telecom and audio codec reference clocks — 12.288 MHz is 256× the 48 kHz audio sample rate, so it directly clocks an I2S bus or a codec PLL without an extra divider.
±50 ppm stability across the industrial temperature band
For a 12 MHz output, that is a maximum frequency error of ±600 Hz — well within the tolerance of a UART baud-rate generator or a USB full-speed clock. The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range means it runs from a 3.3 V or 2.5 V rail without an external LDO.
For a BOM that needs a dual-output MEMS clock, this part is a current-production choice — no last-time-buy planning required.
