Dual-frequency MEMS XO — two clock outputs from one package
The DSC400-0101Q0114KE2T is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) that delivers two independent LVCMOS clock outputs: 12 MHz on output 1 and 12.888 MHz on output 2. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range — tight enough for 10/100 Ethernet, USB full-speed, and general-purpose microcontroller clock trees without requiring a TCXO.
Supply flexibility and enable/disable control
The wide supply range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V lets this oscillator run from common 2.5 V or 3.3 V rails without an external LDO — a single supply covers both outputs.
20-VFQFN package — layout note for the exposed pad
Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a height of 0.90 mm, the DSC400-0101Q0114KE2T requires a thermal via array under the centre pad for proper heat transfer and mechanical attachment. The pad also serves as a ground return for the MEMS die.
