MEMS dual-output oscillator for video and serial clock domains
The DSC400-0101Q0096KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates two independent LVCMOS output frequencies: 14.7456 MHz and 148.5 MHz from a single 20-VFQFN package with exposed pad. The 148.5 MHz output aligns with common video pixel clocks (1080p, 3G-SDI), while the 14.7456 MHz output serves UART baud-rate generation or a secondary serial clock — one oscillator replaces two quartz cans on the board.
±25 ppm stability over industrial temperature range
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the full -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range — adequate for Ethernet, PCIe Gen 1, and most video interfaces, though not tight enough for IEEE 1588 grandmaster clocks or SyncE.
Lifecycle status is Active. The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator; the 0.90 mm height and 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm footprint fit standard oscillator land patterns.
