Dual-frequency MEMS oscillator for mixed-speed clock trees
The DSC400-0101Q0096KI2 is a standard XO built on a MEMS resonator, outputting two fixed LVCMOS clocks: 14.7456 MHz and 148.5 MHz. The 148.5 MHz rail is a common video pixel clock for broadcast formats like 1080p at 60 Hz, while the 14.7456 MHz serves as a reference for audio or serial interfaces. The MEMS base means faster startup and better jitter tolerance than a quartz crystal in the same footprint.
The supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without a separate regulator.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with an exposed pad, the 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint matches the standard 5x3.2 mm oscillator land pattern. The 0.90 mm height clears most enclosure profiles.
