The DSC400-0101Q0096KE2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two independent fixed-frequency LVCMOS outputs: 14.7456 MHz and 148.5 MHz. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, allowing operation from a single 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an additional regulator.
