The DSC400-0101Q0096KE2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering two independent LVCMOS clock outputs: 14.7456 MHz and 148.5 MHz. The MEMS resonator eliminates quartz crystal aging and shock sensitivity, making it a fit for video/audio timing chains where a 148.5 MHz pixel clock and a 14.7456 MHz audio-reference clock are needed on the same die. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate regulator.

Housed in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. Supplied in tube.
