Dual-output MEMS oscillator – 40 MHz and 20 MHz from one package
The DSC2311KL2-R0040T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2311 series, delivering two synchronous CMOS clock outputs: 40 MHz on output 1 and 20 MHz on output 2. A single 6-VDFN package replaces two discrete quartz oscillators, saving board area and reducing BOM count for dual-clock applications like Ethernet PHY + SoC or FPGA + memory controller.
Supply voltage and temperature coverage
Runs on any rail from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic without an external LDO — the same part works across a multi-voltage board. An outdoor base-station or a motor-drive controller that sees 85°C ambient still has 20°C of margin before the upper limit.
