MEMS oscillator with dual CMOS outputs for industrial timing
The DSC2311KL2-R0009 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2311 series, delivering two 25 MHz CMOS outputs from a single 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm. The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate the clock tree, dropping supply current to 23 µA max in disable mode — useful for battery-backed or power-sensitive designs.
Supply range and frequency stability for BOM fit
With a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range, this oscillator can be powered directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an additional LDO — one less component on the BOM.
