Dual-frequency MEMS XO – one footprint, two clock domains

The DSC2311KL2-R0002T is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) that delivers two independent CMOS clock outputs from a single 6-VDFN package: 25 MHz on Output 1 and 125 MHz on Output 2. This eliminates a second oscillator footprint and the associated routing, saving board area and reducing BOM count on multi-clock designs.

Supply and temperature envelope – single-rail flexibility with 105°C ceiling

Runs from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without a dedicated LDO. The same oscillator can be used across a mixed-voltage board, simplifying power-tree planning.

Enable/Disable function and disable current

This is useful for power-sensitive designs that need to shut down unused clock domains during sleep modes.

Housed in a 6-lead VDFN measuring 0.098" × 0.079" (2.50 mm × 2.00 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm).
