MEMS oscillator with dual-frequency CMOS outputs
The DSC2311KL2-R0002 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2311 series, delivering two independent CMOS clock outputs: 25 MHz on output 1 and 125 MHz on output 2. This dual-frequency capability lets a single oscillator feed both a low-speed peripheral bus and a high-speed serial interface, reducing component count on the board.
Runs from a single 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, so it can be powered directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO.
