Dual-frequency MEMS clock source for industrial timing
A single 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail powers both outputs, and the Enable/Disable pin lets the system shut down the oscillator when the clock tree is idle, dropping the supply current to 23 mA max in the disabled state.
The 6-VDFN package measures 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a footprint that fits under a low-profile enclosure lid or between tall electrolytics on a dense PCB. The supply range from 2.25 V to 3.6 V means the same oscillator works on a 2.5 V FPGA bank, a 3.3 V microcontroller rail, or a 2.8 V SoC I/O domain without an external level translator on the output.
